Last month I was recovering from my surgery from my Flesh Eating Bacteria (youtu.be/MIsxyBx3tAY) and so this month I wanted to really challenge myself and get back into being physical. I picked four challenges - Salmon Ladder, Cannonballs, Peg Board & Warped Wall to try figure out by the end of the month.
